ILCC, China's First Facility with Near-Zero Energy Consumption
Located in the heart of Shenzhen's Longgang District, the International Low Carbon City (ILCC) Convention and Exhibition Center is China's first near zero-energy facility. It uses the Huawei Digital Power Co-Mind and Smart PV Storage solutions to reduce energy consumption and generate its own energy.
The center features a 1.1 MW PV system, 2 MWh energy storage system, and integrated smart campus management system. Once operational, the ILCC is expected to produce 1.27 million kWh of green electricity every year, reducing carbon emissions by 606 tons and essentially supplying its entire campus with the electricity it produces.
