The Best Installer Contest: Practical Competition and Ecosystem Collaboration, Unleashing the Value of Global Experience
The Best Installer Contest, held during the summit, was a highlight of the event. Eight excellent installer representatives from around the world shared real-world cases and competed on site, showcasing their practical experience and innovative models in different market environments, and promoting the efficient sharing and replication of global experience.

The Best Installer Contest
The COO of ARIS in Poland shared that ARIS completed more than 120 residential projects in the past year by leveraging Huawei's standard solutions and efficient delivery capabilities. ARIS is currently participating in more than 500 further installations. Providing standard, reliable solutions that meet customer needs is key to the company's continuous market expansion.
The CEO of NEPS in Thailand shared his practice of promoting Huawei-powered Smart Energy Experience Stores in shopping malls. The project started from The Mall Bangkae and has expanded to five flagship stores, including The Mall Bangkapi and Siam Paragon. Through a combination of retail displays, digital marketing, and KOL interaction, the team shifted traditional solar installation into a consumer-focused energy experience, allowing customers to go from "in the store with questions" to "out with solutions" in 10 minutes.
The CEO of SUNdroid in Hungary shared that the company used Huawei's C&I energy storage system (ESS) in animal husbandry. Due to limited access to the local power grid, the project installed about 700 kW of PV and a 2.5 MWh C&I ESS for animal husbandry and auxiliary warehousing operations, ensuring that more production and daily energy consumption come from green power.
The CEO of Gama Solar in Brazil introduced the project in the coffee production area. The team built an autonomous energy system for drip irrigation based on solar PV pumping with a battery energy storage system (BESS), overcoming the lack of a conventional power grid in the local area. He said that the project not only ensured high-efficiency drip irrigation, which is essential for producing high-quality coffee, but also turned this into an opportunity to develop a 100% sustainable and competitive agricultural operation.
The BESS Director of Corey Energy in Mexico shared the project practice at the Monterrey Manufacturing Park. By implementing Huawei's C&I ESS in manufacturing scenarios, the company optimized loads, reduced capacity fees, and effectively controlled the overall electricity costs. He noted that: "In complex energy systems, technology is not enough, integration is everything."
The CEO of Ergos PAE in Brazil introduced a case of distributed plant retrofit. Due to the original inverters' quality issues, the project could not run stably for a long time. After the team replaced the legacy devices with Huawei devices at a 1 MW plant, the energy yield increased by 11.6%, and system performance and stability were significantly improved.
The CEO of Eletricka Energia in Brazil shared a 30 MW PV plant retrofit project. The country's largest university for the industry has opened a tender for a complete retrofit of all its PV installations in response to the new firefighters' regulations. The "inverter + optimizer" solution provided by Eletricka met the safety and retrofit requirements. With safer, more stable, and more reliable products and high-quality services, the solution won the project, demonstrating a feasible path for large-scale existing projects to achieve compliance and cost reduction.
In addition, the installer plaque presentation ceremony and award ceremony were held at the summit, to honor the teams and individuals who performed outstandingly in the competition and practice, further stimulating the professional growth and value recognition of the installer community.
As AI and energy technologies are increasingly integrated, the industry is entering a new phase characterized by intelligent, high-quality development. Faced with new opportunities and challenges, Huawei remains committed to addressing uncertainties with certainty. By viewing installers as core partners for long-term collaboration, Huawei will continue to foster closer partnerships with global installers through continuous technological innovation, capability enablement, and ecosystem collaboration.
Looking ahead, Huawei will continue to collaborate with global installers to deepen intelligent capability development, expand the application boundaries of multi-scenario solutions, and unlock greater value in the energy transition, together building a greener and more sustainable energy future.
