The Energy China Santaizi Reservoir PV Plant operates under harsh conditions such as severe sandstorms in spring and autumn, heavy summer rains, and extreme winter temperatures down to -35℃. These challenges put a premium on inverter reliability. The Huawei SUN2000 inverters have proven exceptionally durable: all 2,904 units operating stably for eight years with an annual failure rate of only 0.2%, far below industry average—ensuring the plant's consistent operation. With an annual average power generation reaching 190 million kWh, exceeding the target by 8%, this project stands as a compelling example of accelerating the clean energy transition in Northeast China.
