Green Power Development: Huawei Digital Power Upgrades Its Service System for Better Experience

[Munich, Germany, June 14, 2023] At Intersolar Europe 2023, Huawei Digital Power showcased its professional services and digital tools for Smart PV, and launched its new European service hotline in the keynote speech. It aims to build a global service system with its partners, driving green power into more homes and a wider range of sectors.

Zeng Yufeng, Vice President of Huawei Digital Power Global Marketing and Sales Service Dept, delivered a vital interpretation of the company's global service system. According to Mr. Zeng, "Service and partners have always been strategically interconnected. Based on the close integration of the service partner network, Huawei-provided service and support network, and spare parts network, Huawei Digital Power has achieved localized delivery and services to help customers solve problems with industry-leading service level agreements (SLAs). We are building a partner-centric global service system and increasing investment in building global service networks to improve our service capabilities. Moreover, we entrust, work with, and enable partners, so as to build an open service partner ecosystem featuring a win-win future of PV."

Ma Ming, Director of Huawei Digital Power European Technical Service & Operation Dept, shared the latest progress of Huawei Digital Power service capability building in Europe and the policy orientation of service partners. He said, "The new technical assistance center (TAC) hotline (800-33-666-666) for Europe has gone live in 21 countries, including Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and Poland, and it is expected to cover 32 countries. This will enable faster, friendlier, more professional, and localized services. Besides, in Hungary, our repair factory whose service radius covers the entire Europe will soon be put into use, significantly improving the O&M efficiency and SLAs. Huawei and its certified service providers (CSPs) will further collaborate under the new service system to provide faster, better, considerate, and all-round services for distributors, installers, and customers."

At Intersolar Europe 2023, Huawei Digital Power showcased its global service network and professional services to its customers and partners. In residential PV, Huawei built a one-stop residential service experience area to demonstrate Huawei's Smart PV installer community, training plan, and installer's scenario-based experience on the FusionSolar app for the first time, driving partners' growth and revenue generation. In terms of energy storage safety, Huawei launched digital service solutions, such as engineering supervision, intelligent inspection, and emergency assurance, to improve installation and O&M efficiency, proactively prevent risks, and reduce customer losses, ensuring the safe, stable, and efficient operations of energy storage systems (ESSs).

Currently, Huawei Digital Power service network has covered more than 170 countries and regions with over 10 languages. By building more national TACs and repair factories, Huawei joins hands with more partners to strengthen the global service system and service capabilities, and provide a wider range of improved service solutions, in an effort to continuously create full-lifecycle value for customers, facilitating the high-quality development of the PV industry.
