Strengthening the Country’s Position as a Regional Investment Hub
[Bangkok, Thailand, November 28, 2025] — Huawei has joined forces with Cornerstone Technologies and Spark EV to launch a new network of ultra-fast electric vehicle (EV) charging stations powered by smart mobility and green energy technologies. Featuring Huawei FusionCharge Solution, the project will debut with 10 pilot stations in Thailand, starting in Bangkok, Pattaya, and Chiang Mai. The initiative aims to accelerate the development of the country’s EV charging infrastructure, support the growing EV market across ASEAN, and position Thailand as a regional investment hub.

Limited. stated that rapid growth in Southeast Asia’s EV market, combined with advances in smart mobility and green energy technologies, has paved the way for this collaboration among Huawei, Cornerstone Technology, and Spark EV. The pilot project features 10 ultra-fast charging stations, eight of which are already operational, spanning three key economic and tourism cities—Bangkok, Pattaya, and Chiang Mai.
The project aims to address the shortage of EV charging stations and to build a nationwide charging network that supports seamless long-distance travel. By integrating Huawei’s smart mobility and green energy innovations, the project will elevate the region’s EV charging ecosystem and strengthen Southeast Asia’s transition toward sustainable transport.
The stations feature Huawei FusionCharge Solution, which supports multiple international charging standards. Its highly efficient cooling system enables stable and safe operation even in Thailand’s hot and humid climate, raising the overall benchmark for EV charging safety and performance.
In addition, the stations are equipped with an intelligent management system that supports real-time device detecting, remote diagnostics, and predictive analytics. This enhances operational efficiency, improves service quality, enriches the user charging experience, and increases return on investment for operators. The solution reflects Huawei’s innovation in smart green mobility and its ability to adapt technology to various deployment scenarios across Southeast Asia.

The technology’s excellent heat dissipation ensures stable performance in Thailand’s tropical climate and extends equipment lifespan to over 10 years.
