[Shenzhen, China, 16 September 2026] Fabulous Sunview Sdn Bhd, Tall-King Supply Chain Management Co Ltd and Huawei Digital Power Technologies Co., Ltd. have signed a Tripartite Strategic Business Alliance Agreement (“SBA”) at the 8th APAC Grid Forming ESS Workshop & New Generation FusionSolar Smart String Grid-Forming ESS APAC Launch, strengthening their collaboration to explore and advance renewable energy opportunities in Malaysia.
The partnership brings together the complementary strengths of three organisations across renewable energy development, supply chain management and digital power technologies, providing a framework for closer coordination and long-term business growth.
Through the collaboration, the three parties will explore opportunities across large-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), renewable energy solutions for artificial intelligence data centres (AIDC), and other emerging new energy developments. By leveraging their respective expertise and capabilities, the parties aim to identify areas of mutual interest and support the development of future opportunities in Malaysia.
The partnership also aims to strengthen coordination across the renewable energy value chain, bringing together complementary capabilities to create greater synergies in identifying and developing future business opportunities.
